About Me
Music has been a constant in my life — I listen to all genres, every day, and silence has never really been part of my world. I started out on guitar and played for a few years, but something never quite felt right. It wasn’t until I picked up my first bass, an Ibanez Talman TMB100, that everything changed. I still remember opening the box, tuning up, and plucking that first note. The chill it sent through me told me instantly: this is it. This is the instrument that feels like home. I’ve been playing bass for six years now, and it’s become a huge part of who I am. After a few years of playing on my own, I realized I needed real guidance to get where I wanted to go. That’s when I dove deep into formal study through Scott’s Bass Lessons’ Full Stack program, along with other self-driven learning. That commitment opened up my technique, my musical understanding, and my philosophy of what bass can truly be. As an instructor, my goal is to help students find that same spark — that feeling that makes you fall in love with music. I focus on intention, feel, groove, and active listening. I want to help you not just play notes but express yourself, support the band, and understand the deeper meaning behind the music you’re making. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to help you grow, stay motivated, and discover the joy of the bass.
