Alice began playing piano at the age of 6 and the flute at the age of 10. She has been singing since she could talk When she became a music therapist she learned to play the guitar and over the years has learned to love playing the ukulele. Over the years, she developed her skills further by studying with college professors and majoring in flute performance at Baylor University. She gained performance experience in Evansville, IN/Henderson, KY area by auditioning for the Evansville Symphony and teaching flute lessons to students in the Henderson County School district. Though Alice can teach many different genres of music, her musical personal favorites are classical which had great influence on her style of playing. Alice loves music because of its therapeutic effects and it's ability to soothe mood and uplift spirits, and loves teaching music because she loves to share music with others..
