Hey there, I'm EJ! I reside in LA, and my passion lies in being a versatile vocalist, pianist, and songwriter. I've had the privilege of performing both as a solo artist and collaborating with other talented musicians. I am a graduate of Berklee College of Music, where I majored in Vocal Performance with a minor in Vocal Pedagogy. During my time at Berklee, I had the incredible opportunity to be part of the Berklee Global Jazz Institute, mentored by none other than Grammy-Award winner and jazz pianist, Danilo Perez. I'm immensely proud to have been awarded the prestigious Sylvia M. Zunz scholarship, the highest honor for singers at the college. Teaching is another passion of mine, and witnessing my students' growth and increased confidence over time brings me immense joy. I take pride in being kind, patient, and understanding, regardless of my students' learning and experience levels. Among my career highlights, I had the honor of joining Allen Stone on his Karaoke Extravaganza tour and performed for the Boston Celtics at TD Garden. Additionally, I provided background vocals for New Kids on the Block at Fenway Park. I'm thrilled at the prospect of creating music together and sharing our artistic journeys.
