While I don’t have formal teaching experience in a classroom or studio setting, I bring a lifetime of musical practice and rigorous academic training to the table. I’ve been playing piano and developing my vocal skills since childhood, which has given me deep, hands-on knowledge of both instruments and their technical demands. I studied at Berklee College of Music for two and a half years, where I immersed myself in music theory, performance techniques, ear training, and various styles and genres. I’ve also led several bands and recorded and released my music on streaming platforms. This foundation has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of musicianship that goes beyond just being able to play—I understand how and why music works, which is essential for effectively teaching others. I’m qualified to teach piano and voice. With piano, I can guide students through proper technique, sight-reading, music theory fundamentals, and repertoire across multiple genres. For voice, I can help students develop healthy vocal technique, breath control, pitch accuracy, and stylistic interpretation. Though I haven’t taught formally, my years of dedicated study and practice have prepared me to break down complex musical concepts, demonstrate techniques clearly, and help students develop both their technical skills and musical expression. I’m eager to translate my knowledge and passion into helping others grow as musicians.
