Ella B.

My name is Ella, and I've been a musician for most of my life. I have a background in jazz vocals, but found a true love for songwriting around 2018. I attended Interlochen Center for the Arts in 2020-21 as a Songwriting student and went on to study at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music for four years 2021-25'. I have significant experience in music production, songwriting, and vocals, and enjoy found-sound sampling and incorporating foley art into my songs. I also have experience singing in choirs, which is why I love layering recorded vocals into dense harmonies. I have been in two major projects with music released in which I am singing and wrote the lyrics. One is Exhibit Decay, a duo that I also assist with production in, and the other is SLAM DUNK DISCO, an indie rock project with a recently released EP written and sung by me.
