About Me

I have been playing music since I was 10 years old. Starting playing trumpet in school band, that grew to being involved in many musical settings, and performance teams on multiple instruments. This includes guitar and bass guitar through, symphonic honors band, pep band for home football games in high school, winter percussion drum lines, and performing in many settings as far the General Jackson Showboat, Fiesta Bowl Parade, Macy's Day Parade, and competing in world finals drumline competitions. After high school, I went on to attend MTSU for audio Engineering and minoring in Jazz. I helped found a local booking company to help local independent artists of the Middle Tennessee area find venues and performance opportunities. I also performed with an independent artist "Bianca" and performed with the USO performance company, performing for the troops stationed at multiple bases throughout the state of Alaska. Furthermore, I performed with my own band for many years, which was promoted independently by the band's performers themselves, and landed ourselves on multiple festivals including Muddy Roots. I am a musician for over 30 years, with multiple performances experiences ranging from local venues holding less than 100 people to being on National television. I understand musical theory practices and applications and have taught students ranging from beginner to above intermediate, ranging from styles country, blues, to hard rock and some hip-hop and jazz. I look forward to meeting anyone young or old, beginner or advanced player to help and guide their individual musical journey.
