22 Years
My music education derived from 36 years of performing experience opening for bands like Sevendust, Drowning Pool, The Toadies, Shinedown and many more-coupled with 22 years of teaching experience mentoring hundreds of students in person and online. And I turned my passion for playing and teaching into a successful career helping others improve the quality of their guitar playing. Through teaching, I realized that many of my students faced the same challenges and struggles as I once did when I was a beginner. Seeing the need for lessons that address common mistakes and teach foundational skills, I developed the ultimate program to help transform their guitar playing in just weeks. Students who have studied with me have said that they've learned more in our lessons then they ever did by just watching YT tutorials, many of them progressing to advanced levels very quickly. So if you're struggling to get better and you're serious about improving the quality of your guitar playing, get signed up, apply what you learn and see immediate improvements in the quality of your guitar playing. I'll look forward to working with you. Sincerely, Leo

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Every lesson is tailored to the student’s goals—whether they want to master fundamentals, explore advanced styles, prepare for performances, or simply play for personal enjoyment. I emphasize proper technique, musicality, and ear-training from the very beginning, ensuring students build strong foundations that will support them for years to come. Because of my extensive performance background, students also gain valuable insight into real-world musicianship: how to practice efficiently, overcome challenges, develop expressive phrasing, and build confidence on stage or in any musical setting. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and structured, but also flexible enough to adapt to each student’s pace and interests. Most importantly, I strive to make every lesson engaging and motivating—so students not only improve, but genuinely look forward to playing. In short: students can expect expert guidance, a clear path toward their goals, and a learning environment that encourages growth, creativity, and a lifelong love of music.
