Hi, my name is David and I am a music teacher from the Greensboro area. I have been a student of music for 30+ years. My musical influences include many genres from rock, country ,pop and jazz and I also enjoy some classical. My teaching style can best be described as fun and upbeat. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I enthusiastic. In my lessons, you can expect to learn music from the heart. I like to tell my students Im very passionate about music and teaching. My favorite thing about teaching is watching my student develop and grow. Formal Education:
As a kid I grew up learning music as my father was a full time musician and throughout teenage years I also took lessons on guitar and percussion. As an adult I continue to learn enhance my skills.

As I no longer perform, In my early years I played in numerous bands and performed at various venues.
