Richard has always loved music! He began playing guitar as an adult but has been passionate about music his whole life. He continued his education by earning a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership working as a Vocational Counselor as well as a substitute teacher during his career. His musical influence is rooted in listening to many different types of music including Classical, Blues, Country, R&B, Motown, Classic Rock and alternative rock and most other forms of music. Richard's favorite thing about music is it's diversity and his favorite thing about teaching music is helping someone develop an appreciation for it and having fun.
