Hi, my name is Marley, I have always loved music my entire life and started playing banjo around 8 and picked up the guitar around 12. I am a Student at Walter state college majoring in Music planning to transfer to ETSU. I love teaching guitar, My musical influences include Bluegrass, rock, jazz, and country and I also enjoy heavy metal and classical as well. You can expect to learn fundamentals of guitar and basic music theory, with voice leading, with guided lessons and tab charts. The students get the choice of music, I can teach about all genres. All skill levels from beginner to intermediate. Some of my favorite performances would be playing with a national banjo champion at a BBQ festival, touring Ireland with the choir, or just playing and singing guitar at Margaritaville. I would love to teach anyone who is wanting to learn any style of guitar and who loves music.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Students can expect to learn the fundamentals of guitar and their genre of choice, guided music theory lessons, that include basic voice leading and chord progressions. Tab charts for songs and a step by step guides to get you on your feet playing guitar.
What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
Beginner
Students can expect to learn the fundamentals and basics of the Bass, learning things such as root notes and intervals to provide a good low sound to any sort of band or mix! I teach finger style and pick bass only, I will provide music theory lessons and step by step guides to get you plucking on the bass.
