Hello! I’m Marilyn, and I bring a lifetime of dedicated vocal experience to your online lessons. My training is built on a strong foundation: I spent my middle and high school years focused exclusively on vocal performance in specialized arts school programs. This rigorous preparation helped me achieve accolades like placing Top 10 in All-State Choir twice and landing a lead role in my college musical. But my commitment to performance doesn't stop with classical training. I’ve also gained practical, real-world experience as a singer in three different professional bands, covering various contemporary styles. Crucially, I have been teaching private voice lessons consistently throughout my entire performing career. This means that when you work with me, you get coaching that is technically sound, deeply personalized, and always grounded in the practical demands of the stage.
