About Me
I have extensive experience with the vocal art. I’ve been a professional singer since I was five years old and am in school in New York City studying musical theatre at Pace University. I have been teaching as an independent voice teacher for over 8 years and have lots of experience teaching all ages. I have a deep love for teaching voice lessons because it allows me to help students discover not only their voices, but their confidence and sense of self. As a voice teacher, I strive to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel safe to take risks, grow, and express themselves authentically. I bring extensive experience in vocal technique, musicianship, and performance, and I tailor each lesson to meet the unique needs, goals, and learning styles of my students. Working with children is especially meaningful to me, as I’ve seen firsthand how music education can positively shape their confidence, discipline, and emotional well-being. Many of my students have grown not only as singers, but as individuals—developing self-assurance, resilience, and a genuine love for music. I take pride in making a lasting impact on my students’ lives by fostering both technical skill and personal growth, and I am passionate about helping each child reach their full potential through vocal study.

What to expect in my Vocal Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced

Students can expect a teacher who prioritizes vocal health above all else. My approach is rooted in healthy, sustainable technique so singers learn how to use their voices efficiently and safely for long-term growth. I focus on building strong technical foundations that support freedom, confidence, and longevity in singing. Lessons with me are well-rounded and genre-inclusive. We explore a wide range of musical styles so students develop versatility and adaptability as performers, while learning how to apply healthy technique across genres. I strive to create a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and expressing themselves. Singing can feel vulnerable, especially when performing, and I want every student to feel heard, respected, and supported. I actively listen to my students and take their thoughts, goals, and preferences seriously—our work together is a partnership. Celebrating progress and accomplishments is an important part of my teaching philosophy. Learning to sing should be both empowering and joyful, and I believe that when students feel safe, supported, and excited, they grow not only as singers but as confident performers.
