Hey everyone! My name is Ray, and I have been playing drums for over 10 years. I am passionate about helping folks of all ages achieve their musical goals, and have fun while doing it! I have developed a philosophy in life I like to call "Anti-Good". I personally am not interested in getting you to become the most technically proficient virtuoso there ever was-my mission is to help you learn and develop musical skills that allow you to have the most fun and express yourself to the fullest extent possible. I think "good" musicianship comes from how you connect to your instrument in the most YOU way possible, not from memorizing scales, playing perfectly, or "playing the right notes". Whether you're wanting help learning your part for your band/orchestra in school, learn some music theory or improvisation skills, or just want to play around and bring some zest into your everyday life, give me a call and I'll help you out : I also can provide basic lessons in piano, as well as beginner-intermediate levels of trumpet players!
