About Me

Music has been my passion since I was a little girl. I grew up around music, whether singing in the church, school choir, playing in the school marching band, etc. Anywhere there's music, I'm there. I'm preparing for the Music Therapy Board Certification Exam at the moment while teaching dance at a high school in charlotte. I've been an assistant band director for marching band for the past five years. In 2018 I was a member of the Carolina Panthers PurrCussion where I played the cymbals. I do sing operas professionally with Opera Carolina and I do perform in community theatres from time to time. Music is a beautiful language that can be shared with so many people. It's color and sounds enhances different emotions that people can relate to and expressed.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons

That it\'s important to give yourself grace while learning skills on the piano. You will be able to learn basic hand/finger techniques, major scales, chord progressions, and learning different song styles that will increase your music knowledge and capabilities.

It\'s important to give yourself grace while learning the proper skills for your voice. You will be learning and understand vocal health, vocal warm ups, breathing techniques, different genres of repertoire.
