Pia has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano at the age of three and continued her education by composing, competing, self-studying music theory, and teaching her friends! Her musical influences include Chopin and Scott Joplin. Pia's favorite thing about music is its ability to heal the elderly and her favorite thing about teaching music is that there's no one right way-it's customized to every student based on their strengths! One of her favorite teaching experiences was creating a music appreciation club to share the love of music with fellow enthusiasts.
