Hi, my name is Reed! I am a guitarist and started playing around age 12 when I had my first guitar lesson. From then on I knew I wanted to perform for people. Over the years I developed a skill for writing original music and performing rhythm and lead guitar. Today, I perform weekly with my wife in Nashville. My teaching style would best be described as "Following the student's lead". What style of music or song are they most interested in learning. I personally didn't experience this type of freedom as a student until my 3rd teacher. Music has always been an avenue for exploring my thoughts and emotions. I have learned to creatively express myself through guitar in a way I never could with words. And I love helping young people explore their passions and realize their potential.
