Ellijah I.

Ellijah is a bass player who started his music career at the age of 9. His dad had a band where they played in different countries and events. At the age of 5 Ellijah was able to listen to a bass line and memorize it and sing it out when alone in the room one day his dad heard him singing a bass line played by the bass player in his dad’s band and he was astonished that he was able to sing it, from that day he’s dad took him to every performance and travelled with him 4 years later when Ellijah turned 9 he first held the bass guitar and played exactly what he heard from the bass player that played for his dad and Ellijah grew his love for music through the years. At the age of 19 Ellijah joined and got a bursary to study in a big well known college of music in Cape Town South Africa called cape music institute know as CMI and he did his music diploma there. After 3 years of studying music he ended being wanted in a band based in the USA and south Africa who toured the USA every year and from there he met and performed with some American and including the Minnesota orchestra at orchestra hall in Minnesota, and did workshops in Elementary Schools, high schools,colleges and universities in Minnesota where he shared his understanding on the bass.
