Hi, my name is DonTrell and I am a singer and songwriter. I have been a student of music for over 14yrs. My musical experience includes performing live for large audiences as a solo artist, acting as a lead singer in a band, as well as singing for weddings. I also had the opportunity of singing the national anthem for a MLB game. My teaching style can best be described as dynamic. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I value the passion for music and I love when students desire to better themselves. In my lessons, you can expect to learn how to maximize on your vocal abilities. I like to tell my students vocal creativity has no limits. My favorite thing about teaching is the potential discovered when students discover themselves. I primarily focus on r&b, pop, style of music but I can also teach students how to sing country, and rock. My approach as a teacher is to understand the students needs and help them reach their goals. Music is love. Your voice is there, all we have to do is provide the direction it needs to go in.
