He began playing guitar at the age of 4 and continued his education by 39 His musical influences include Jeff Beck, Black Sabbath, Miles Davis, Sonny Landreth, and Muddy Waters. Elliot's favorite thing about music is self expression and his favorite thing about teaching music is helping others grow in playing their instrument. One of his favorite teaching experiences was at NYU where he studied Jazz. When taking lessons with Elliot you can expect learning all styles of music and also how to play slide.
