Jack has always loved music from an early age. He began playing Guitar and Piano at the age of 14 and continued his education by attending Middle Tennessee State University and getting his Bachelors and Masters in Guitar Performance. His musical influences include just about anything under the sun but began his love of music with classic rock and soundtracks. Jack's favorite thing about music is how it's a skill and hobby that you can continue building for life and his favorite thing about teaching music is being able to influence people to go further and keep playing more music. One of his favorite teaching experiences was watching a student play a classical guitar piece in a recital that I had written for her, making it the first time that piece had ever been played in front of an audience. When taking lessons with Jack you can expect honesty and a genuine excitement when you make progress.
