Been playing Piano for 20+ years. I have a specialization towards Jazz Piano, Jazz Theory, improving and soloing. I can read sheet music, and have experience teaching students with different skill sets. I would be best for beginner to intermediate students. My curriculum would consist of teaching fundamentals of technique and reading sheet music. Then I would provide exercises and ultimately work towards playing songs that the student wants to play, and working towards more challenging ones.

Beginner -
You should expect to learn proper technique, note names, scales, chords, ability to read sheet music. Also, if you would want to learn improvisation we can start that as well, if not we will skip it. I find it help to have songs that you personally enjoy, so think of some songs you like and I will get sheet music for them.
What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
- Intermediate
I will teach improvisation, and learning jazz theory is inevitable if you want to sound sick, so we will learn that as well. I am going to assume you know at least the basics of scales and how to read sheet music. We can learn whatever songs you like and dissect them from a theory perspective and then apply improvisation techniques. I will also give practice material and resources.
