I have been playing instruments for almost a decade, with guitar being my main focus and biggest passion. Guitar is honestly my muse. It is the instrument I feel most connected to and the one I understand inside and out, from technique and tone to songwriting and performance. Over the years, learning guitar has helped me branch out into other instruments like keys, bass, and more, as well as develop my skills in writing and singing. I am currently a signed artist with Small Town Records and I perform regularly. Performing has taught me discipline, and how to connect with an audience. Being an active musician has given me real world experience that I believe is valuable in a teaching setting. I started teaching informally by helping friends and younger students learn guitar basics, chords, and technique. Through that experience, I realized I genuinely enjoy helping others improve and gain confidence in their playing. I would love the opportunity to step into a more formal teaching role. I am confident I can follow an established curriculum or create one based on the structure and methods that helped me grow into the musician I am today.
