Jessy began playing guitar and bass at the age of twelve. Over the years, he developed his skills further by participating in school bands and earning his associates in music performance. He gained performance experience in the Colorado Springs/Denver area by playing at such venues as Sunshine Studios, Black Sheep, Colorado State Fair and cooperate parties and weddings and with acts such as Psychobilly, Missfire and Four Peace Man. Though Jessy can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are rock, jazz and blues which had great influence on his style of playing. Jessy loves music because of the challenge, freedom of expression and mental health benefits and loves teaching music because sharing this gift with as many people as possible is satisfying.
