Hi! I’m Julia. I am a dedicated musician and educator with a strong foundation in music performance and education. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Music from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I also completed four years of music education training. I like to bring both technical expertise and a passion for teaching to my work with students of all ages and skill levels. My approach emphasizes building strong fundamentals, musical expression, and a lifelong appreciation for music in a supportive and encouraging environment. Over the past several years, I have have adapted my teaching and musicianship across multiple communities as part of a military family. After spending three years in Mississippi, I recently relocated to Florida, where I look forward to continuing my work as a piano instructor and contributing to the local music community. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a devoted wife and mother, bringing patience, warmth, and a nurturing spirit to both my family life and my teaching.
