Hello! My name is Christian and I am thrilled to be taking on new students! I started playing guitar at age 10 and taking lessons. I continued to teach myself through my teenage years and started songwriting and performing in my twenties. My influences are far-reaching, but include guitarists like Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, Django Reinhardt, Nick Drake and Bert Jansch. I am an intuitive, by-ear player but I am well versed in scales, tablature and chord charts. My expertise is in rhythm guitar, fingerpicking and improvisation.

Beginner - Intermediate
Based on your current skill level, we will build your structural knowledge of the instrument from the ground up. If it’s your first time picking up the guitar, we will be covering all of the basics, starting with terminology that will help you navigate the instrument. At that point, we will custom fit our curriculum to fit your goals and desires as a guitar player.
