About Me

Elizabeth has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano, singing and songwriting at the age of 4 and continued her education by studying each at Lansing Community College, Grand Valley State University, Morningstar University and with private lessons. Her musical influences include pretty much every musical genre besides hardcore and death genres. Elizabeth's favorite thing about music is the freedom of creative expression, the therapeutic benefits and the ability to communicate a story that can have enough impact to change the world. Her favorite thing about teaching music is helping her students discover the treasure within them. One of her favorite teaching experiences was helping a former racehorse jockey transition into his dream career as a country music singer, she also loved helping a young student achieve her dreams of singing onstage at a musical concert with one of her favorite artists.
