I’ve been part of vocal ensembles and choirs for as long as I can remember, and that lifelong experience has shaped the way I teach: with patience, encouragement, and a genuine love for helping people discover what their voice can do. I’ve taught one‑on‑one lessons before, and I enjoy creating a space where students of any age feel comfortable trying new things, making mistakes, and celebrating small wins. My background as Executive Music Director for App State Ear Candy strengthened my ability to explain technique in simple, approachable ways—whether we’re working on breath support, tone clarity, or confidence on stage. I’ve also had the joy of leading my group to multiple competition wins, including two first‑place finishes at Acapella Geddon and top placements at the ICCAs, and I bring that same supportive, uplifting coaching style to individual lessons. Above all, I aim to make learning fun and empowering, helping each singer feel proud of their progress and excited to keep growing.
