About Me

Multi-Instrumentalist, band leader, composer Lee ’s musical career continues to grow and expand nationally and internationally. Melding together musical spectrums which includes gospel,free-improvised music, jazz, R&B, Hip-Hop and classical. Lee has performed for some of the top organizations and music festivals along the US and internationally. She was the featured alto saxophonist for the Ornette Coleman “Shape of Jazz to Come” performed at the Brooklyn Academy of Music BAM and the Enjoy Jazz Festival in Ludwigshafen,Germany in which the New York Times describes her alto playing as "prayerful" Other featured performances include "Music Connect" Nairobi Kenya and performances in Argentina and Scotland. Lee is also the composer/arranger and musician for the off-Broadway Production" The Rosenberg Strange Fruit Project" where the American Theatre Magazine describes her live clarinet performance as "gorgeous" Along with performing Lee was also honored to be an Artist-in-Residence at Holmes Presbyterian Camp in Holmes, NY and at Art Omi in Hudson NY, where she created and cultivated many musical experiences with other artists from around the world. She was also the clarinet instructor for The Jazz House Kids music program based out of Paterson NJ, and is lead musical instructor for the Poly Prep Summer Theatre Camp. Lee is anticipating her next album to be released in the fall of 2026.
