Say Hello to Dr. Nug, your New Drum Instructor Several Thousand Students have taken lessons with GLOWING reviews.. DR. NUG's parents bought his 1st drumkit at th age of 6. Most of his Professional experiences were in Austin & San Antonio,TX. Drumline Capt 3yrs. Marching, Symphonic, Jazz bands ALL 4yrs. Marched DCI Drum Corps International at 15, Tenors for the Alamo Marksmen for crowds of 25,000!! 1st paid gig was Teaching another HS Drumline{15} as well as LIVE performance at a venue. Jazz on the Riverwalk, Bass Concert Hall & The Paramount theatre were a few Big shows. Studio/ Producer/ Arranger/ Instructor with many Live performances on 6th st. Austin,TX at World famous Steamboat 1874, Saxon Pub, Antone's, La Zona Rosa, The White Rabbit, The Mercury, The Elephant Room, to name a few! DR. NUG has 3 former students that Grauduated Berklee. One {14} student selected for 6wk European Tour with a Symphonic Group that represented the U.S. & played on the Olympic stage in France! DR. NUG's fun classes along with patience is what keeps students from 3~77 coming back year after year. Goals are driven to be Recital ready with ALL styles of music!.!
