Hermogenes, composer and musician from Bahia, Brazil. Throughout his career, he has become well-versed in several Brazilian, Jamaican, African, Caribbean, Arab and other rhythms, as well as classical music. As an instrumentalist he recorded and accompanied artists of great relevance in the Brazilian and the foreign cultural scene; several Chamber Groups, Orchestras and Bands, having performed and taught Master Class in Brazil and abroad. He has released two albums with original songs: SONHO in 2018 and PORTAO in 2023. Hermogenes has a degree in Music from the Federal University of Bahia and as an educator he has great experience with percussion classes in different social programs, private schools, Federal University of Bahia and Sergipe, Educational Center for Professional Education in Music in Bahia.
