Hi, my name is Alex and I am a drummer from OKC. I have been a student of music for 20 years. My musical influences include Muse and I also enjoy System of a Down. My teaching style can best be described as thorough. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I don't cut corners. In my lessons, you can expect to learn techniques that make the grooves. My favorite thing about teaching is when it just clicks for my student and they accel. My students love that I am patient. I primarily teach technique and feel, but I can also teach in any genre or musical lane. My approach as a teacher is to get you to love music so practicing and playing feels just like second nature.
