I'm Jeremy and I live in the Cincinnati area. I have earned my bachelor's in music composition, and it is my passion. In addition to songwriting/composition lessons, I can also teach music theory, and aural skills.
My influences are drawn from the entire spectrum of music. Although what I write is primarily contemporary classical, I am no stranger to the popular genres of music and song.
As far as teaching method goes, it's very helpful when a student knows what they'd like to accomplish. I'll always try to adapt my teaching style to match a student's learning needs, since everyone learns differently.

Jeremy Pl. is proficient in and teaches Song Writing Lessons, Orchestral Lessons .Formal Education:
BA in Music Composition from Northern Kentucky University.
Performing Experience:
-Guitar/keyboard/vocals in a casual band (roughly 5 years), guitarist for Death of A Poet.
-Senior recital which included approx. 12 pieces for harp and piano (two original pieces, two jazz arrangements) as well as an original poem.
-Quite a few solo harp performances and a few gigs.
-Solo piano performance of my own works on our annual composer recital.
-Harpist in the pit for the Wizard of Oz and Puccini's Suor Angelica.
-A large number of orchestral and choral performances.
-Senior composition recital for my degree.
