About Me

Jomar began playing Clarinet at the age of eleven years old. Over the years, he developed his skills further by doing solo and ensemble, state solo and ensemble, all county auditions, and college auditions. He gained performance experience in the classical and jazz area by playing at high school concerts and solo and ensemble events. Though Jomar can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Classical and marching music which had great influence on his style of playing. Jomar loves music because he loves the feeling it gives him and the accomplishment he feels when he works on something and it comes out just the way he wanted it,and loves teaching music because he wants to show the younger generation to feel the same passion for music he had when he picked up an instrument for the first time.
