Monty has become a staple in the Lake of the Ozarks area for guitar, bass guitar and music theory instruction. He teaches beginners to pros the patterns of the guitar that have proven to expedite the understanding and remove the mystique of the instruments fretboard design. With over 20 years experience in live performance, teaching, recording various genres of music, Monty stands 2nd to none in his skill and experience. Monty is nationally certified in teaching guitar and music theory to students of all ages. He is a 1st place winner of the 2006 Mid-American Music Festival's Adult Virtuoso Guitar competition.
