About Me

Angela has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano at the age of seven and continued her education all the way to college. Angela began organ lessons by participating in a rigorous competition and won a talent scholarship throughout high school through the American Guild of Organists. She continued to study Organ Performance in college at Wright State University, studying under Dr. David Crean. Angela's musical influences include Bach, Vierne, Debussy, and to keep things interesting, Elvis Presley. Angela's favorite thing about music is creating a work of art unique to herself. Her favorite thing about teaching music is showing her students' their full potential and watching them succeed while fostering a love of music. One of her favorite teaching experiences was a student feel so much pride in performing a difficult piece for their Dad. The smile on the student's face was just priceless, as well as their Father's obvious admiration and pride.
