Hello! My name is Patrick, I'm a pianist and composer! I was born and raised in Iowa, but moved to Baltimore in the summer of 2024 to study at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University! Since beginning piano lessons at age 6, I have fallen in love with the piano and have performed ever since! As a pianist, I have performed as a soloist with the Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra, alongside appearing on Iowa Public Television as a featured pianist in the annual Terrace Hill Piano Competition. In the Baltimore community, I'm an avid performer of new music, alongside performing concerts of totally improvised music! When taking lessons with me, you will learn proper technique in approaching the piano, alongside the ways in which you can connect with the music you are preparing! Whether you're a complete beginner, or someone wanting to grow upon existing skills, I promise to meet you where you are at and find ways to push you to become the best pianist you can be! I hope to meet you soon!
