Michelle began playing different instruments at the age of 9 and began singing at the age of 3. Over the years, she developed her skills further by obtaining her Associates of Arts degree in Music specializing in Voice and Bachelors of Arts degree in Music along with a Minor in General Education. She gained performance experience in the state of Texas and Louisiana area by playing at a variety of churches, festivals, and universities. Though Michelle can teach many genres of music, her musical personal favorites are Christian/Gospel, Classical, R&B and Jazz, which had great influence on her style of playing.Michelle loves music because when words fail music speaks and loves teaching music because it has a way of showing how all subjects work together.
