Significant performing experiences were with the US Navy Bands in San Diego and San Francisco, CA. I played in marching bands, concert bands, show bands, rock bands, New Orleans style jazz bands, latin bands, small jazz combo's. I have played in R&B bands, blues bands, funk bands, jazz bands, soul bands, Gospel groups in Cleveland, OH., San Diego and San Francisco, CA., and Orlando FL. over the last 40 years.

I have been teaching actively for the last fifteen years in Cleveland OH. Before that I taught/did clinics with the Navy Big Band Band San Francisco. I also taught out of my private studio in San Francisco.
