About Me

I have played guitar and bass guitar since 2020. I expect to graduate from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Composition on May 9th, 2026. I have studied classical guitar with Prof. Bryan Reichert since Fall of 2022. I have also studied composition with Dr. Clint Needham, Prof. Rob Kovacs, and Dr. Carolyn Borcherding throughout my years at BW. As a professional musician, I performed as the hired electric/acoustic guitarist for the pit of Beaumont School’s spring musicals “Six” this past March and “Little Shop of Horrors” in March of 2025. In the summer of 2024, I was hired as the music director for Elyria Catholic’s summer musical “Matilda. I instructed the students, taught them the songs, and gave them advice to improve their performances. In the spring of 2024, I performed as the hired electric/acoustic guitarist for Independence High School’s spring musical “Mean Girls,” during which I gave pointers and instructions to the student musicians. I have been a hired singer in the choir at the United Methodist Church of Berea since this past February. Aside from paid gigs, I have had plenty of other musical experiences. I played classical guitar alongside two violinists in a Baldwin Wallace chamber group in the fall of 2025. I am the electric bassist of Cleveland-based progressive metal band Khandria, with whom I co-write and perform original music. We have had frequent concerts since the summer of 2024. I recorded bass for the band’s 2025 EP “Points of Contention” and 2025 Single “The Mechanist.” The group has opened for nationally touring bands including Green Jellÿ and Living Dead Girl. As part of the Baldwin Wallace Composition Studio, I have written, performed, and have had pieces performed every semester since spring of 2023. For these pieces, I have recruited and directed student musicians to bring my visions to life. I was selected by my professors to compose an eight-minute chamber orchestra piece that was premiered by the Cleveland Chamber Symphony in the spring of 2025. I have sung in the bass section of the BW Motet Choir since the fall of 2022. With this group, I have performed major works for the main events of the annual Bach Festival since the spring of 2023. I am experienced in recording, editing, and mixing audio and MIDI in Logic Pro. I am also experienced with creating musical notation in software including Musescore and Sibelius. I love music, and nothing brings me more fulfillment than writing, playing, and teaching music.
