Ben has been a guitarist and bassist since the age of 9. His main genres are rock, bluegrass, and jazz, but he can teach and play in any genre. He had most of his experience playing at Mannes College of Music, Kenyon College, and the band in New York City. If it has strings, he can play it banjo, guitar, mandolin, slide guitar, bass, and ukulele.
