Hi my name is Sofia and I have been playing guitar since I was 12 years old. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelors degree in Musicology with a Minor in Jazz Studies. I play in multiple ensembles including jazz big band, combo, and classical guitar ensemble. I strive to connect with those in my local music communities to spread the knowledge and appreciation of music! I first got involved with teaching when I was a tutor at SPSCC. Upon diving further into music, I began taking on guitar students of all ages. I enjoy sharing the love of playing and helping anyone I can!
