About Me

Hi, my name is Savanna and I am a singer from Indiana. I have been a student of music for 21 years. My musical influences include Carrie Underwood and I also enjoy Elevation Worship. My teaching style can best be described as modern and traditional. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I want everyone to believe in themselves. In my lessons, you can expect to learn vocal techniques, warm ups, breathing techniques, etc. I like to tell my students they can do anything that put their mind, time and effort into. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing a student be on fire for music and succeeding at what they are doing. All while loving it ar the same time. I firmly believe that if you do not love what you are doing that is when it becomes work. My favorite performance was when I was in high school and we won ISSMA with a gold at state my senior year and junior year. My students love that I have patience and kindness.
