About Me

Hi, my name is Zenoba and I am a DJ/Producer/Songwriter from Davenport, FL. I have been a student of music for over 20 years. My musical influences include Dj Jazzy Jeff, Michael Jackson and Pharrell Williams and I also enjoy House Music. My teaching style can best be described as fun, creative and expressive. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I want you to find the sound that resonates within you and reverberate it to the world. In my lessons, you can expect to learn production skills, live dj mixing and an intangible style to call your own. I like to tell my students “your uniqueness is your most polarizing quality”. My favorite thing about teaching is watching my students grow and flourish in a passion, career or hobby. My favorite performance was my tour of Dallas and Ft. Worth to play various venues and events. My students love that I give room to experiment while teaching the basics. I primarily teach on DJ Controllers, Serato and FL studio software, but I can also teach turntables and use Logic Pro proficiently.
