Brian began playing guitar at the age of 18. Over the years, he developed his skills further by taking lessons and attending open jams. He gained performance experience in the Kansas City area by playing at such venues as Sunset Grill and Bally's Casino with acts such as Terry Hancock. Though Brian can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorite is classic rock which had great influence on his style of playing. Brian loves music because it challenges him and brings him to the present moment and loves teaching music because he wish he knew what he knows now at a younger age.
