My name is Matt and I've been a lover of music my entire life. Ever since fiddling with my grandparents' piano as a toddler, I've grown to appreciate many instruments and styles of music. My first instrument I ever took lessons for was for the drums, and I never looked back. Then I learned sax, guitar, various percussion instruments, and taught myself piano all the while. I love playing as much as I can, but drums are always going to be my go-to instrument to play. Though I haven't much music teaching experience, I've been lucky enough to be able to play live music over the years. While performing comedy in Atlanta over the last decade, I've had tons of cool opportunities to implement playing music with really talented and touring, working musicians. I also write and record songs and scores for local films and TV sketches. I look forward to taking everything I've learned and love about playing music and teaching it to anyone who's ready to play.
