Hello, I am a music teacher and have been teaching for almost 15 years beginning with my own kids. I love playing the piano and singing. I started to learn music since i was 9 years old and i have a bachelor’s degree in music therapy with a major instrument in piano and minor in voice. What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
To learn to build vocal strength and techniques in singing, warmups are taught and learned for vocal control and the use of vowels and consonants. Repertoire can be students choice and or supplemented by teacher to assist in vocal use and development. Piano accompaniment or recorded music used for supporting the teaching.
What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
To learn Music Theory and Pianoforte skills. Lessons are designed to provide good theory skills in understanding Music and piano lessons consists of building finger strength and dexterity through scales and exercises. Then, songs are implemented to complete instrument techniques and skills and also to build repertoire and for mastering performance skills. Exams are added for requests to master confidence and accuracy in the knowledge and understanding of learning music.
Formal Education:
Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy.
