About Me

Juliana began playing piano at the age of twelve. Over the years, she developed her skills further by formal piano training by her instructor Mr. Clark Knighten at The Academy of Our Lady High School. She gained performance experience in the New Orleans Parish by playing at such venues as the Convention Center, Senior Living Centers, and private elementary schools in a choir ensemble with lead vocal performances. Though Juliana can teach many different genres of music, her musical personal favorites are rock ballads, classical pieces, and jazz which had great influence on her style of playing. Juliana loves music because of its transformational storytelling power and the self-confidence that comes from learning and surrendering to the sound and loves teaching music because I love to inspire and motivate my students who aren’t aware of all their potential, it’s a beautiful moment to watch them grow in their art and develop their own style and approach with time.
