Hi, my name is Louis and I am a Classical Guitar and Cello teacher from New Orleans currently residing Bolivia. I have been a student of music for 45 years. My musical influences include Classical Baroque and Romantic but I also enjoy Classic Rock. My teaching style can best be described as patient and thorough. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I listen carefully and play relaxed. In my lessons, you can expect to learn alot about technique and reading notation. I like to tell my students to be confident. My favorite thing about teaching is watching my students improve. My favorite performance was Jason Starker in concert in 1998. My students love that I make technique easy. I primarily teach guitar, but I can also teach cello.
