Sophia has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano and singing at the age of 5 and continued her education by studying audio engineering at SUNY Purchase College. Her musical influences include KISS, Luke Combs, Noah Khan, Bruno Mars and more.Sophia's favorite thing about music is the ability to connect humans and her favorite thing about teaching music is seeing the joy in my student’s face when they are able to play the difficult piece or hit that note just outside of their range. One of her favorite teaching experiences was getting to see my students perform for their friends and family on The Cutting Room stage.
