About Me

Hi, my name is Julia and I am a Bass player from Monterrey, Mexico. I have been a student of music for over 10 years. My musical influences include The Beatles and Radiohead. My teaching style can best be described as patient and fun. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I will go over music the student is interested in and learn more and more material starting off from there. In my lessons, you can expect to learn musical theory and I will give you tools to learn/play all of your favorite songs, by yourself or with your friends and family. My favorite thing about teaching is sharing my knowledge. My students love that I make every lesson fun and get you excited about whats to come! I primarily teach Electric Bass, but I can also teach Keyboard and Piano. My approach as a teacher is to get you ready to learn stuff on your own. Thanks for taking a look at my profile.
